Damaged Policy: In the event of a damaged parcel during transit email us or call us here
at Nautral Blessings and we will submit a claim for damage. we must be notified by email within 24
hours of receipt.
Meeting! SUMMER TRANSIT CONCERNS: Our butters and some scrubs have a low melt point due to
the high content of shea butter and coconut oils. If shipped during hot weather, the products may melt. If melting at any time occures, simply place the product in a cool place or refrigerate and it
will solidify. The melting will not effect the quality of the product,but the whipped consistency may change.
